EAF melting and casting process: once the advanced technique of “ Bottom Oxygen Blowing” was adopted, the molten liquid inside the EAF would be stirred evenly and the purity increased largely, in the mean time, the stratification of components caused by different proportions would be avoid. The even chemical distribution among all sections would avoid the segregation of zircon in the products, which would largely increase the erosion and corrosion resistance of the products.

Pre-assembly workshop: we have 3 sets of large sized pre-assembly platforms, three-dimensional or overall pre-assembly could be done there.

During the vacuum casting process, the solid pattern is adopted, which could avoid the dimension tolerance caused by patterns assembly and provide a superior environment to the growth and development of crystalline. Once the vacuum was released, the block could shrink freely, which could avoid the cracks crossing the block edge during the shrinkage of block. By this way, both the density and service life of the block are increased largely.
